START recently released a new online tool called Big, Allied and Dangerous (BAAD), which enables better understanding of terrorist networks and behavior over time. The project was led by Victor Asal and Karl Rethemeyer from the University at Albany. SUNY Albany published a story about the release, which can be read here.
