Bloomberg Businessweek publishes a report using help from the GTD
Businessweek reporters Matthew Philips and Evan Applegate used START's Global Terrorism Database for their research on the differences in terrorism from 2008 to 2011.
Changes include different tactics other than bombs to disseminate their message, a rise in activist groups in other areas of the world than the Middle East, and a new target for attacks.
