The psychology of terrorism: Classic and contemporary insights is an edited volume that contains a series of 28 carefully selected readings culled from a wide range of sources in the burgeoning terrorism literature with a focus on social psychological foundations. However, several of the readings provide many examples of the interdisciplinary nature of this field, and often show how psychology interfaces with disciplines including political science, international relations, and economics, to name a few.
