Biography:
JT Mendoza is an Instructor at the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism (START), University of Maryland. At UMD, JT teaches graduate courses on insider risk/threat. His expertise is in the areas of insider risk management, full spectrum counterintelligence operations and investigations, human intelligence operations and collection, and industrial security.
