CNN: State Department report: ISIS breaking new ground as new leader in terror groups

This article from CNN says that the number of terror attacks worldwide increased 35% in 2014, but the majority of them took place in only 5 countries. This is according to data from the State Department's 2014 Country Reports on Terrorism (CRT), which pulls heavily from START's Global Terrorism Database.
