START Extends Deadline for Curriculum Development Grant Proposals

The National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism emphasizes the importance of translating its investigators' cutting-edge research on terrorism and responses to terrorism into increased education and training opportunities. As part of this effort, START is extending the deadline for the curriculum development grants until MARCH 31, 2009. START will make six to eight curriculum development grants for Summer 2009.

The award will consist of a $3,000 stipend, to be paid in two lump sums, at the beginning and end of the development process. To be considered, you must be a past or present START investigator, fellow, or funded graduate research assistant. Graduate student applicants must have reached candidacy by the time of application.
