Information Session: Global Terrorism Minor 2/3

Students from all University of Maryland colleges and majors are encouraged to apply for START's Global Terrorism Minor, which is housed in the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences at the University of Maryland. The program provides 30 students with the proper education and training needed to further pursue education at the graduate level or professional advancement in fields related to homeland security.

The Global Terrorism Minor is designed to explore the origins and motivations of terrorism and impacts of the threat of terrorism on both individuals and communities. Throughout this five-course program, students will learn strategies for preventing, deterring, mitigating and responding to terrorist threats.

START will hold two information sessions about the minor.
