Joseph Oudin is the data collection manager and the casualties and outcomes domain manager for the Global Terrorism Database (GTD) at START. He holds a Master of Public Policy (M.P.P) with a specialization in social policy from the University of Maryland and a B.A. in Government & Politics and Criminology & Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland.
