12/17/2020: Assailants attacked and killed a contractor and set fire to construction vehicles in Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY), Jadraguda village, Odisha, India. Maoists claimed responsibility for the attack and stated the attack was conducted in protest of the construction of a road in Goliaguda.

Criteria 1

Success of a terrorist strike is defined according to the tangible effects of the attack.
