11/08/2020: Assailants fired a mortar that landed on a civilian residence in Naw Abad, Ghazni, Afghanistan. This was one of two related mortar attacks in the area on the same day. At least eight civilians were killed and seven others were injured across both attacks. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incidents to the Taliban.
