Incident Summary:
10/29/2020: Assailants opened fire on the vehicle of Irama Movil Gamez in 15 de Mayo neighborhood, Riohacha, La Guajira, Colombia. Movil Gamez, a Wayuu indigenous leader and former board of directors candidate for the Regional Autonomous Corporation of La Guajira (Corpoguajira), was not harmed; however, three people, including a bodyguard and two bystanders, were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
Criterion 2
There must be evidence of an intention to coerce, intimidate, or convey some other message to a larger audience (or audiences) than the immediate victims.
