Incident Summary:

10/24/2020: A suicide bomber detonated their explosives in an alley near a tutoring center in Dasht-e-Barchi, Kabul, Afghanistan. In addition to the suicide bomber, 40 civilians were killed and 70 civilians were injured during the attack. The Khorasan Chapter of the Islamic State claimed responsibility for the incident.
