Incident Summary:
10/19/2020: An assailant rammed his SUV into the vehicle of David Lopez-Zuniga, an air conditioning repair worker, in Houston, Texas, United States. The assailant briefly held Lopez-Zuniga at gunpoint while searching his truck and there were no reported casualties in the assault. Mark Anthony Aguirre was arrested and confessed to carrying out the attack, stating that he surveilled the Lopez-Zuniga for four days on the grounds of an unsubstantiated accusation that he had 750,000 fraudulent ballots for the 2020 United States General Election in his truck. A private group called "Liberty Center for God and Country" paid Aguirre more than $260,000 to carry out the incident.

Success of a terrorist strike is defined according to the tangible effects of the attack.
