10/10/2020: Assailants attacked a military base in Alamkhil, Balkh, Afghanistan. Four police officers were killed, two police officers were injured, and seven police officers were abducted in the attack. The outcome of the abduction is unknown. Assailants captured the base and seized all weapons and equipment. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
