08/25/2020: Assailants armed with Ak-47s attacked a vehicle transporting Saba Sahar, a female police officer, film director, and activist, in the eighth police district of Kabul, Afghanistan. Sahar was injured along with her driver and a bodyguard. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban, which the group denied.
