08/12/2020: Assailants opened fire on a vehicle transporting National Water Affairs Regulation Authority engineers along Kabul-Parwan Highway in Nopula, Kabul, Afghanistan. At least two engineers were killed and the driver was injured in the assault. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources suspected that the attack was carried out by the Taliban.
