Incident Summary:

08/05/2020: Assailants attacked a checkpoint belonging to the second regiment of the Iraqi Volunteer Forces in Mutbijah wa Ishat al Walid, Saladin, Iraq. At least two soldiers were killed and three other soldiers were wounded. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
