06/30/2020: Assailants abducted seven civilians, including Lami Jato and Renita Bitrus, from a farm in Tungushe, Magumeri, Borno, Nigeria. Four hostages were released shortly after the abduction. The fate of the remaining three hostages is unknown. Boko Haram claimed responsibility for the incident and demanded a ransom.
