06/02/2020: An explosive device detonated outside the Wazir Akbar Khan Mosque in the Green Zone area of Kabul, Afghanistan. At least two people, including a religious scholar identified as Mohammad Ayaz Niyazi, were killed and two other people were injured in the blast. The Khorasan Province of the Islamic State claimed responsibility for the incident.
