Incident Summary:

05/23/2020: Assailants planted explosive devices along a main road leading to a field they had previously set on fire near Hamira, Kirkuk, Iraq. Security forces defused the devices. No casualties were reported. This was one of two related attacks in the area on this date. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
