05/17/2020: An female suicide bomber drove a scooter taxi into the vehicle of Ahmed Mus Nur, the governor of Mudug province, and detonated an explosive device in Galkayo, Mudug, Somalia. At least five people were killed, including Nur, his brother, two bodyguards, and the assailant. Al-Shabaab claimed responsibility for the attack.
