Incident Summary:

04/19/2020: Assailants attacked pro-government militia members in Dalan, Balkh, Afghanistan. At least 11 people, including nine militia members and two assailants, were killed and six others, including four militia members and one civilian, were injured in the ensuing clash. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
