Incident Summary:

04/14/2020: Assailants opened fire on the convoy of Brigadier General Mohamed Taher in Kirkuk, Iraq. Taher, director of police for North Oil Company, was unharmed; however, three bodyguards were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
