Incident Summary:

02/01/2020: Assailants opened fire on a convoy transporting Cameroon People's Democratic Movement (RDPC) officials along the Bamenda-Mbengwi highway in Alahnki, North-West, Cameroon. Two RDPC officials and one police officer were injured in the attack. This was one of two attacks targeting the convoy on this date. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to separatists.
