01/12/2020: Assailants attacked a defense volunteer outpost in Rom Sai, Narathiwat, Thailand. One assailant and one volunteer were killed and two others were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to a militant group led by Sorlae Maseng.
