Incident Summary:

12/26/2019: Assailants hijacked a vehicle carrying two businessmen near Wardeglo, Garissa, Kenya. The two men were taken to Somalia before being released unharmed the next day on December 27, 2019. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Al-Shabaab.
