12/22/2019: Assailants, armed with knives, attacked fishermen in Daba Lamy, Extreme-North, Cameroon. At least 50 fishermen were killed in the attack. An unknown number of others were abducted and the outcome of the abduction is unknown. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Boko Haram.
