12/12/2019: An explosive device detonated during a meeting between government officials, state-run oil company Ecopetrol, and indigenous authorities in Cubara district, Boyaca, Colombia. Three soldiers were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however sources attributed the attack to the National Liberation Army of Colombia (ELN).
