11/30/2019: An explosive device detonated near Rashid Bridge in Kirkuk, Iraq. This was one of three similar attacks in Kirkuk on the same day. At least 16 people were injured across the three blasts. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incidents to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
