11/05/2019: Security forces identified and intercepted assailants attempting to attack Gajiganna, Borno, Nigeria. At least three assailants and one soldier were killed while two soldiers and an unknown number of assailants were injured in the ensuing clash. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Boko Haram.
