Incident Summary:

11/03/2019: Assailants prematurely detonated an explosive device before planting it in Khas Uruzgan district, Uruzgan, Afghanistan. Fifteen assailants including Mullah Musafir, a Taliban local commander, were killed in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
