11/02/2019: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated at a market in Tall Abyad, Raqqah, Syria. At least 13 people were killed and 20 other people were injured in the blast; the victims included civilians and Turkish soldiers. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) and the People's Protection Units (YPG).
