10/30/2019: An explosive device detonated against the vehicle of Ahmed Abdul-Qawi Al-Humayqani in Bayda, Al Bayda, Yemen. Al-Humayqani, the Houthi-appointed director general of Zaher district, was killed and two bodyguards were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.

Criteria 1
