Incident Summary:

10/24/2019: Assailants opened fire on Alexander Parra, a former Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) member working on the group's reintegration program, in Mesetas district, Meta, Colombia. Parra was killed and his fiancé was injured in the assault. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) dissidents.
