10/10/2019: A sniper opened fire on civilians in Khanaqin, Diyala, Iraq. Three civilians were killed and four others were injured in the attack. This was one of two related attacks in Khanaqin on this date. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
