09/29/2019: Assailants abducted two people accused of cooperating with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) in Barakhanah, Ghor, Afghanistan. One hostage was killed and the other hostage was injured and later released. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
