09/15/2019: An explosives-laden truck detonated outside Cobanbey Hospital in Al-Rai subdistrict, Aleppo, Syria. At least 12 people were killed and dozens of other people were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).
