09/01/2019: Assailants attacked Dewar-e-Madan area of Puli Khumri, Baghlan, Afghanistan. This was one of three attacks in Puli Khumri on this date. At least nine people, including three assailants, four security personnel, and two civilians, were killed while another 38 people, including five assailants, were injured across this and another attack in Dewar-e-Madan. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incidents.
