Incident Summary:

08/11/2019: Assailants attacked civilians and burned homes in Ngwom, 14km from Maiduguri, Borno, Nigeria. Two civilians were killed and one other person was wounded in the incident. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Al-Barnawi faction of Boko Haram, also known as the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP).
