07/28/2019: Assailants opened fire on Jamil Batis, the brother of Yemeni Shura Council member and local Al Islah Party leader Salah Batis, in Seiyun, Hadramawt, Yemen. Batis was killed in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Southern Resistance Forces (SRF).
