06/30/2019: Assailants opened fire on Saleh al-Gharib, the Lebanese minister for migrants, in Bsatine, Mount Lebanon, Lebanon. Al-Gharib escaped unharmed but two aides were killed and another two people were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
