06/04/2019: An explosive device detonated targeting a 59th Brigade vehicle in Tarmiyah, Saladin, Iraq. Six soldiers and three assailants were killed and two other soldiers were injured in the blast and ensuing clash. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the incident.
