Incident Summary:

04/27/2019: Assailants abducted a contractor, Kailash Digal, from his house in Tilarpanga, Odisha, India. Digal was shot and killed shortly after the abduction and his body was found the following morning. The Communist Party of India - Maoist (CPI-Maoist) claimed responsibility for the incident and accused Kailash Digal of being a police informant.
