04/26/2019: An explosive device detonated targeting an under construction Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) office in Hariharganj, Jharkhand, India. There were no reported casualties in the blast. This was one of two coordinated attacks in Jharkhand on this day. The Communist Party of India - Maoist (CPI-Maoist) claimed responsibility for the incident and demanded that citizens boycott the upcoming Palamu Lok Sabha election, which was scheduled for April 29, 2019.
