Incident Summary:
03/24/2019: Assailants attacked Alayi menari, 25 km from Diffa, Niger. This was one of four coordinated incidents in Diffa overnight. At least seven people were killed and an unknown number of others wounded across the attacks. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incidents to the Al-Barnawi faction of Boko Haram, also known as the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP).
