Incident Summary:

03/15/2019: Two suicide bombers disguised as surrendering Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) members detonated near fleeing civilians in Baghuz, Deir ez-Zor, Syria. Aside from the death of the two assailants, at least three Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) members were injured and there were an unknown number of civilian casualties in the blasts. This was one of two similar attacks in Baghuz on the same day. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the incidents.
