03/08/2019: An explosive device detonated targeting the residence of Rohan Gurung, the Nepal Association of Foreign Employment Agencies president, in Basundhara, Kathmandu, Province 3, Nepal. There were no reported casualties in the blast. The Communist Party of Nepal - Maoist (CPN-Maoist-Chand) claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that the group had "warned Gurung to end his illegal activities."

Criteria 1
