02/18/2019: Assailants opened fire on a tribal militia post in Lachapur, Nangarhar, Afghanistan. At least eight militia members and one civilian were killed while the assailants sustained an unknown number of casualties in the ensuing clash. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
