02/11/2019: Four assailants, including a suicide bomber, attacked a Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) base in Malak Shah, Khanaqin, Diyala, Iraq. One assailant was killed in the ensuing clash. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
