02/09/2019: Assailants, including suicide bombers, equipped with explosives-rigged motorcycles attacked Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) members near Al-Omar Oil Field outside Shahil, Deir ez-Zor, Syria. At least 10 assailants were killed in the ensuing clash. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incident to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
